Machinist ToolBox is an amazingly complete shop utility program.
It's designed with the machinist in mind, but designers, engineers,
programmers, operators, and students can also benefit from its many useful
functions. The program includes 44 inch-metric conversions in 10
categories,speeds and feeds which can be set as a percentage of maximum spindle speed,
trig calculations, CNC operations including ISO G-Code generation, NotePad+
advanced editor, a basic calculator, and customizable material and
reference tables. Other special tools include thread calculations for all major
types,including NPT, and 4th axis positioning calculations.
Of the 18 reference tables provided, three are specifically available for user customization.
Although the 10-day trial period may seem short, a user could easily save
thecost of the program in reduced setup time alone.
